hey guys i was wondering if i woke up had a glass of water then started a hard 25 minute cardio jump roping does that mean my body would have no alternative choice than to burn fat faster becuase its the only energy id have i was just wondering if this is healthy or not if not please advise lol thnx

yeah, a lil protein shake b4 a nice cardio run with some water is about all i could handle. Then after u get done take in some rolled oats or grits something like that.
