i am a creatine non-responder for sure, i have tried different kinds in the past with no effect (Cell-Tech, Trac, etc). would V12 be an option for me or will it simply work like the others did? betaine-glycocyamide is supposed to amp up you own body's creatine production but i think i can buy that by itself..

What I could find about V12 before I purchased it was that some people indeed say that such substances would work for those who did not respond to regular creatine. In my search for posts (other boards) on this, one of the things I did find was that non-responders seems to like V12 because now they felt they were getting something when just regular creatine monohydrate did nothing for them. You could make this yourself I'm sure. However, try V12.. if it works.. then maybe this combination will work for you.. and you can go on your own and create a home-brew so to speak. I'm a responder and I love this stuff. But there's some 30% of people who do not respond and V12 was supposed to help with that.. mainly the betaine-glycocyamide as you mentioned. I'd say it's worth a try.

The directions say to cycle off after the 8th week.. for a month.. I'm almost out.. I've been on it 8 weeks.. I'd quit.. cycle off for a month.. come back on it after 4 weeks..

Yes.. you don't have to use V12 again. You could just use regular creatine monohydrate mixed with a dextrose solution. Just give your body 4 weeks off.. you should notice a difference again when you start up.
