Hey thanks for visting my post despite the fact that i am infact a male My moms trying to get in shape shes nto too big any way is there any thing majorly diffrence between girls and guys? I was thinks lower weight higher reps more sets seemed liek that would work the best.?.? Any ideas/things i should whatch out for?
starting 124 pounds 11 bfp 5"7 15 years old Current 147 10 bfp 5"8 18 years old

no there isnt really any big differences. But first off, what is your mom looking to do. Loose weight, or lose weight and gain muscle?
