minamize muscle loss - Friday, February 17, 2006 7:16 PM ( #1 )
i am cutting right now and am wondering i can to do retain most of my muscle.  i know that some loss is inevitable, but are there specific things which can slow the process?  thanks.

Eat every 2-3 hours.
Pre and post work out nutrition dialed in.
Do not go low carb.
Keep workouts under 30 minutes
Low to moderate or HIT cardio only
Do not cut calories drastically
