Hi. My name is Zak and I think I may be the skinniest person I have ever seen in my life. People are shocked and appauled at how skinny, especially my mid section is. (of course, it's impolite to say something like "man, you're so fat!" to a fat person, but for someone to say "oh my god, you are so skinny" to someone like me, that's perfectly acceptable) I have been working out on and off for years, but lately I have really gotten into it and I am seeing a lot of gains. One part of me though, I don't know how to gain; The mid section. I don't mean my abs, but the sides of my body. the sides of my lower chest, stomach area. What is that even called? I seem to have no muscle there at all, is it even a place that muscle is built? My chest is much larger than it was before, and so are my abs, but in that area, I am still as skinny as a skeleton. I still need a belt at the higher notches to wear pants. Are there any excersizes I can do to help this area? I have looked online but because I don't know what this part of the body is called it was pretty hard. Thanks for your help.
