Become less active, sleep more and eat more. Limit the amount of days you workout.

If you keep track of what you eat can you please post one day of eating? 3000 calories isn't that much anyway; just bump it up a little bit more.

Watch more TV!! But nothing exciting.  Maybe an hour a day of The View will do it.

I agree with that quote to an extent.

You can get stronger in a calorie deficit much easier than you can bigger, so I don't believe entirely that size means strength and strength means size. I believe the myofibrillar and sarcoplasmic hypertrophy as mentioned in another thread can prove this to an extent.

If you're in a calorie surplus and you're getting stronger, increasing your calories as you increase the overload then I agree entirely with that statement. 100%.

We create our own metabolism, yes you can slow it up and yes you can speed it up. What everyone has told him are good ways. You can speed it up and you can slow it down by increasing the demand for energy. Increasing muscle is one way of increasing metabolism.

Metabolism is the rate your body uses energy (known as calories.)  We create our metabolism.  We train our body to be better and better at burning energy.  So, yes.  You can take responsibility and retrain your body.
