Sweet! Gives me inspiration considering we are the same height.. a few more pounds (20lbs) and I'll be there.

Obvious there's a lot of hard work that went into your workouts...

Looking huge dude..

How old are you now in those pictures? Just trying to see how long it took you from 18 to get to where you are.

And hell yes.. you've got obvious qualifications. Please do share.. we've got a lot of newbies here who could greatly benefit.

Just cause im curious whats your definition of all natural, cause if you got that big with food only thats extremely impressive. Im sure im considered a newbie so i look forward to you answering my questions.

I am 22 yrs. old just. I take vitamin and minerals ,flaxseed oil twice daily, garlic supplement, amino acids(L-carnitine L-glutamine, taurine and a whole lot of whey protein isolate!
Post workout I have 50gms whey protein isolate and 75grms sugar with 6grms L-glutamime and creatine plus 8grms L-glutamine with 300mgs of ALA.
I get a total of 8 hours sleep daily and train as hard as I can 5X a week focusing on mind muscle connections.

Browse around the other forums.. we sure can use your assistance.

BTW, do you ever feel like some days.. you are totally just starving yet you are eating the same things you did the other day and were fine? Those are the times I feel like I should eat more as my body is saying.. Dude.. I want to grow!

Wow,

That's impressive man! Also seeing the before picture works really motivating on myself and probably many others here. I also got really motivated by this guy that won the Body of Work competition in '98. He says he gained 32 pounds of pure muscle in 3 months. Not that I want it that fast, but do you think it's possible? You can see the guy's before and after picture on http://www.musclegaintips.com/aellis-large.jpg

keep up the good work!

Damn..

A few questions:

1) How long do your workouts last
2) You say you take no weight gainers, so are you consistently eating 5-6 meals a day?

That's impressive man.. really.

RE: meet and greet rumsteel - Monday, September 08, 2003 8:47 PM ( #25 )
I workout 4-5 days a week depending on how I feel and recuperate.
My workouts last between 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours depending on whether I am going heavy or not.
I workout very focused without a partner except to ask for a spot and drink a lot of water all through my workout.
Immediately after the workout I drink a shake with 75gms sugar,50gms whey protein isolate,6gms creatine,8-10gms L-glutamine and take ALA 300mg.
I eat most of my carbs in the morning and protein 6X a day
snacks are nuts and EAS Lite protein bars
I take a lot of supplements i.e. vita. mins. flax seed oil, lecitin on days without eggs, enzymes with meals
On waking I have 30gms whey protein isolate and 8-10gms L-glutamine
ZMA before bed
I forgot,L-taurine,L-carnitine and some whey before my workout
that"s about it

The only thing I can add now is that I have always worked on establishing a mind-muscle connection, flexing through each rep to completely focus on the muscle I"m working.
I also flex and pose between sets as i find this hardens the muscles and defines them.

Any other questions and I"ll try to answer!

i think that is the goal of most weight lifters. competive bodybuilding takes commitment to a whole new level, and most normal people dont care enough/ have the desire too. cause i mean if it were easy, i'm sure there would be a whole lot more of them

When you say full potential, are you just refering to size?

Full potential IMO means looking your best, which would mean you can walk onto stage and smoke the competition. Look your best, but feel your worst!!!
