meal timing and hunger - Wednesday, July 30, 2003 3:19 PM
I am currently trying to get lean and I' m eating 5 or 6 small meals every day. I usually aim to eat once every 3 hours. I' ve noticed that sometimes I' ll be hungry after about 2 hours and at other times I' m not hungry for 4 or 5 hours. My question is, should I eat when I' m hungry or stick to the every 3 hours plan regardless of hunger level.

Stick to the plan.. routines are what your body needs.

I' ve noticed that I can skip breakfast.. but I' m hungry.. then it goes away.. then I' m famished and eat poorly.

I' d say eat regardless and your body will start becoming accustomed to the eating times.

If you are hungry and it' s not time to eat, and you want to lean up.. you might find this particular product of interest by AvantLabs. It' s called Leptigen.
