i agree with sheep man over there.... lol me myself am alot stronger then 11th grade football palyers but im only in 8th grade..... -size=that you just use heavier weights lower reps/.... -stregth= that you use small weights and perform huge amounts of sets and reps... so my advice is that forget using heavier weights and getting buff...just use small weights and do alot of reps..... cause you will get alot respect that way.....

i think its kind of a cool thing being smaller, yet stronger than most, but i would like to gain weight and size.

Its actually the other way around. Heavy weights and low reps will give strength. and lemme tell you something, theres not only a big difference but a huge difference in benching between 180lbs and 230lbs. lol

I would like to disagree with the whole size and strength thing. People of different sizes can lift same amounts of weight. However there does come a point, where human muscle matter, has a maximum point of strength, for example, lets say the maximum strength you can gain from .75lbs of muscle in the bicep is a bicep curl of 140lbs in standard 9.8 gravity. Some people will only manage 40, some will manage the 70 average, and very VERY few will manage that 140lbs But some of the stats i have seen here in accordance to size, DOES require Hydrolics, as in them big ass ****ing machines you see. 180-230lbs? thats a 50lbs difference I train 90lbs I max 110lbs-barely. "oh yeah and my coach is like 5'4" 160 and benches 355, squats 525, and deadlifts 475. i think that is amazing! " He's 5'4" as a result he has to lift a deadlift weight about 2ft off the ground, my 6ft frame has to do it by 3ft, making 1ft extra effort each rep, same with bench and squat. shorter people just ****ing rock at squats, they can squat a damn tontruck probably.

ok the reason i gave that big 50 lb diffrence in the area because the last time i maxed on free weight bench press was 185 in the middle of the year and now i think i got a lil stronger suddenley im doin 260 on bowflex and on this bench press im doin 240 but its the cable and i dont know how much im doin in free weights so thats why i said im in the 180-230 area the only way i can give an extreme acurate max is if i get to a free weight bench press oh and the bicep curl part remember its 2 handed not 1 handed usin the preacher curl

Dont even start on my bench, my bench sucks regardless of weight. My max bench i am guessing when i reach 220lbs 7% Bodyfat at 6'0" will be around the 150lbs mark, my chest doesnt gain strength, and ive hit my chest with some pretty damn harsh training, medium intense training, and low intense training, nothing works, it is the equivalent of a foreign layabout reaping your hard earned tax dollars.
