maybe I need to be more specfic...
I work out 3-5x/day cardio and weights
diet is clean during the week and I splurge a little on week-ends
I only drink water (and apprx. milk 2-3x/wk).
I am 5'0 at a bout 143-144...I consider myself to be more muscular than fat.

this site has helped a lot!! but I still have some more to go....it really helps with the maintaining the weight loss as well.

Hi Jane

Goodluck with your training program. It sounds good. You should try to minimise the splurging, but we are only human. If you ever find yourself eating too much bad stuff, just tell yourself "whatever i eat, im going to have to work off later and it just takes me that much further away from my goal". That helps me anyway

what is your cardio and weight training detailed?  YOu may need to change it up, higher reps, less weight, more or changed cardio styles?
If you can list your diet that would help, clean and healthy sometimes is not clean enough for leaning.
