no offense bro but every time I see your avatar it looks like you've got tits, obviously you don't, it's the lighting, but thats always what I think of lol. Anyway, you look good, and cut especially for someone focusing on powerlifting (if that is your focus?). Get that squat and dead up and you'll have some nasty numbers for your weight.
Bench- 315 Squat- 345 Dead- 515 Total- 1175

Reps? You probably need to switch something up if you're not seeing progress...

Good Riddance Reps? You probably need to switch something up if you're not seeing progress... i usually stick to low reps, right in the 3-6 range, i dont progress at all if i go any higher and i lose strength as well

How many times a week do you do squats and deads? Work on accessory lifts too...Lunges, Good Mornings, Stiff leg Deads, etc. If you've stalled out, you need to change something up.

Lol ya change the profile pic, it kind of does look like it no offense. I am personally jealous, I am 5'8" as well body is shaped different though. I wish i could bench even close to that amount, i weight 180 and am trying to push for 200 pounds. I had a rtc injury so i am just starting to do bench again after over a year, i was able to do dumbells up to 90 lbs in the past 5 months without much problems but working the bench again. I saw a guy at the gym yesterday, tall but not that big repping with 385 a good 5-6 times. I don't get how some people that don't have that much mass can do that. My goal is to get my chest strength up a lot because it is so far behind. Props to you though if you compete I would think if you train right for it you could do really well.

I know a guy at your weight but taller and skinnier who can pick up 495 - if you're motivated by that kind of thing. You shouldn't be squatting and benching the same weight! Still, nice lifts for your weight. Just don't get complacent. :)

Okay, now that's some good damn genetics. yeaaa pretty much, basically when i was a beginner i took real good advantage of my beginner gains, even at about 140 lbs i was still starting off stronger than most, i bulked up to 213lbs and then cut down to where im at (170) and managed to keep most of my muscle and still be strong

How did you cut to 170? Diet only (cut the calories)? Diet + Cardio? And did you just lose 1 lb/week or did you just go on a deficit until you hit your goal weight?

brihead301 How did you cut to 170? Diet only (cut the calories)? Diet + Cardio? And did you just lose 1 lb/week or did you just go on a deficit until you hit your goal weight? well the way i did it was different, i ate just enough to not feel hungry during the day, i did mostly cardio ( basketball 6 days a week for 2 hours) and maybe lifted once a week, i dropped down to 160 - 170 fairly quick, prolly within 2 months, i lost most of my muscle but i was real cut, and now im just taking advantage of muscle memory and eating fairly clean, gaining what muscle i had trying to stay under 10% bf
