Impressive, I'm going to struggle when it comes time to cutting my tubby tub. I am scared of being weaker and losing muscle mass.

the way you cut actually seems to make sense to me. Since when you lift you tear down your muscles and need food to build them back up, but if you dont eat enough then you would lose more strength than if you didnt lift and left them where they are.

Its not nearly as bad as you think, a big part of initially feeling like that is the lack of carbs, you wont really burn too much muscle until your BF% is pretty low. You are ripped.. I wonder how your back looks though.. if your close to 5% you should have alot of seperation and smaller muscles coming out. your just starting to get the surrations in the chest and you could be more vascular.. You know honestly I think if you cut 10 more lbs you might look insane and even bigger. But from where you are now if you bulked you could stay fairly lean. I noticed this second time around when i bulked up I stayed pretty damn lean. I personally am striving for 6% BF right now but the dieting is really hard. Good Luck dude! Seriously though you look great!
