if mayo a healthy fat source?  Fats seem to come from soybean oil and egg yolks.  Idk much about soybean oil.

It depends what sort of oil is used. Can't really generalize because some mayo's are healthier than other. Some mayo has soybean and canola others don't. Lots of vitamin E though. Just don't use too much.

But you're a lean f_cker, so go nuts. lol

Just check the labels. The more saturated fat it has, the less ideal it is for bbing.

no its not.

theres not really any health problems with mayo except the soybean oil but i think they have kinds made with other oils

no its not.

yeah, mayonaise only has like 0-2 g of sugar. that's not alot

the best sources of fats come from nuts though
