Theres a kid at my school like that, he is 5'5 weighs 137 and maxes 255 on bench, but when he benches he only has to go down like 6 inches because his arms are so short.

Yeah, its a bit ridiculous, when I used to wrestle with him we had to do push ups, and it looked like he was bouncing because he could do them so fast.

Yea i dont touch me chest while benching. i go down to where my upper arm is level with my back so i do not break that barrier that puts your shoulder in harms way. honestlly i give more respect to people who can take 300 pounds go down stop, not touch there chest and then go back up then some one who goes down hits there chest and bounceses it back up. but on a side not new maxes in Bench = 275 squat = 405 x2 hang clean = 275 deadlift = 400

5'5" 110 lb. bench 100 (probably gonna get 110 in next week) squat 125-135? 13 years old.

wow some of these stats here make me feel bad. but then agin its my fault for not sticking to lifting
15yr 270lb 6.1ft body fat 31% (sweeet jesus) I know :( bench:205 apollopit79:my guess is, if you need energy to bake a cake you probably don't need to be eating cake anyway...

don't worry about it, you are young still and a lot of these guys are probably full of it anyway. Don't believe everything you hear, especially from unreliable sources on here (bodybuilda15... cough...cough)

These are pretty up-to-date for me, deadlift: havnt done it in a while, but last time i max'd out it was at 315 bench: 195 squat: 315

my personal records. this was about 7 months ago, since then ive been on and off and im down to 133 in weight.
age.......19 weight..148 bench....290 squat....455 deadlift.465

figured i'd repost again since alot has happened in first three weeks of bill starr's i am going to say my max's for 5x5 since i dont know what max's are i probably wont check for a month or so.. bench:5x5 90 lb. squat:5x5 105 lb. deadlift 5x5 135 lb. i'm really happy my bench routine has gone up 5 lb squat 10 lb. and dead's 30 lb. in last 3 weeks i'm very happy with deadlift and pleased with squat and bench

my current stats are in my sig but i know for a fact all of my lifts have increased since then so i need to max out and post some new numbers. i know my squat is over 400 now and im pretty sure i can hit 285-295 on bench. i just got to find out the exact number
