Bench: 165lbs Deadlift: AT AN ESTIMATE I'd say about... 223-225lbs, might be able to do more, not too sure. Squat: I think I could get at least a couple reps out of 230lbs. Not gonna try anymore than that. I honestly didn't think I'd be as strong as most people on this board, that makes me feel good. Keep up the good work fellow builders.

thats alot of weight for a 165 lb 5'10 person... You must be top heavy cause 290 lbs is pretty good for the bench but your only doing a little more on your squats then your bench so thats not good. Good luck to you thought keep up the good work 08Bellk

I just started working my legs seriously a few months ago...hopefully they can compare to my upper body someday.

If the technique that im using for my bench comp works for me ill be glad to share the routine with you. That is if I hit that 315 mark for the comp.

The top overall kid weighed 220 (he went to my school) and got 280. The only reason he attempted it was so he could try and get the school record (he beat it by 5lbs). Everyone, even all the coached from the other schools, was like holy ****. I work out with a sophomore who is in the weight class above me (181-190) and I have seen hime hit 305 on cleans. It is nuts. He squats around 465-470. His dad used to play professional football so I guess it is genetics, but it is freakin insane. At the past lifting meet. There was a kid from another school in my weight class that hit 300 on power cleans. I couldn't go because of a baseball game, but I heard and saw his stats. It is pretty nuts.

How can you possibly squat less then you bench. That just seems so unproportional to me. Da was mocking JeffKing because he calls out people constantly calling them fake, he's a skeptic. Why not question him? My lifts have changed, bench went down I'm afriad. It's back around 200-225. My squat also went down to aorund 390, what I get for slacking off around spring break. Dealift I haven't maxed in weeks.

He sometimes would even tell me last year that he picked up 500lbs at work.. he said he was 18 years old 165lbs and could power clean 300+ lbs and standing military press 225lbs.. then his numbers change.. I only worked out for 3 years.. I only worked out for 2 years.. this and that.. his training is un-orthodox its horrible and his form is even worse.. The first time i took him to the gym he couldnt lift 205lbs off the ground.. I guess all i am saying is dont believe everything your old man says. I know you look up to him and i know he wants you to believe he is the strongest man on earth.. But old guys lie Believe what you see and not what you hear. Then again my dad also use to say he was built like a "bug" soo hard and so defined.. I saw his picture at 25years old 165lbs 20% BF at 5'10.. pretty sad.. Im sure you probably have old pictures of your dad and he looks great

wow guys, uno wot i just realised, well i aint lifted sinse around september 06 becuase of an injury and personal problems, and i was 15 then and i deadlifted 220 lbs 5 times, i guess thats a good thing from what people being saying i never converted the kg's into lbs n now am quite pleased bout that stat also i squated around 132lbs in sets of 10 (working up to the 132lbs obvously) i never maxed out didnt feel safe only being 15/16, getting back to the gym soon any way thaught ide throw this out ther :) deadlift - 220 squat - 132 bench press - 120 (5x5 is the lowest sets i went, again because of safety and worry about injury at my age etc etc)

Bench: 231 ( I actually did 225 twice with no help, and then i calculated this on BB.com's 1 RM Calculator ) Squat: 240 Deadlift: 240 I just got my own Olympic weights bench at my house on Wednesday, so these were all within the last week. I've never done squat or deadlift until this last week either, so they'll go up fast. I have been doin bench forever, but it has always been on a smith machine, so I also figure that when I get used to balancing the weight, I'll be able to 1 RM bench somewhere around 250. But these weights are real, and theyre not impressive or anything, but if anyone doesn't believe me, I can post videos with the snap of a finger...

Oh, i forgot something. I weighed 192 pounds about a month and two weeks ago and then i sprained my ankle riding BMX. I'm now at 175!!! (omg that sucks so bad), but I'm at the lowest body fat ive ever been at (5.5%), so I may have quick potential to increase the squat and deadlift. The ankle doesn't hurt or anything, i just want to go easy on it for a while.
