the lifting is going good. but xmas messed my diet up. im between 203-205lbs. it jumps between there. i recently added more weight to my exercises. now the thing to do is to add more reps along with that weight.

today, i ran/walked 2.8 miles. man my legs felt tired. thats the only reason why i took such frequent stops to walk instead of run. i still ran bout half the way. plus it is hard to run in cold weather. it was 40 degrees today. i was wearing alot of clothes though so i was warm. but the coldness cant be good for my bones... ok, so tomorrow i will go jog for 2.5 miles, then i wll workout chest and triceps. im changing up my routine a lil bit by adding more weight for each set. example: bench press- 70lbs x 12 80lbs x 10 90lbs x 8 100lbs x5 this is what im going to try to do, i hope i can do it. all of my free weight exercises will look like this from now on. cant wait til i go back to skool tuesday b/c i will ask my coach if i can start running the track for PE. man that should be cool.

today for PE, my coach let me run the track. i ran prolly 2 laps non stop. the other 3 laps i was walking b/c i was tired. after that, i did a few rounds from one line to another full speed. i think it was about 5 yards back and forth. then i ran the 400 full speed. after that, i was done. i asked the coach if we can do it every day, and he said yea. so guess who is going to bust his butt for the contest... me!!!! like i said before, if i dont win, it will be pretty damn close.

im going to weigh myself tonight. last night was 205 i believe. but i am weighing myself on a full stomach kind of. lets see, today was chest and triceps. i got to use my curling bar for the first time!! i got me some bar clamps and another workout thing. i dont know what its called but its for close grip lat pulldowns. it looks like a triangle thingy. i switched it up instead of doing the DB extensions, i did behind head curls with my curling bar. i dont know what you call them so i said that. i felt i could have did more weight for that but i worked the out pretty hard already when i benched. i did decline first, the flat, then incline. incline was the hardest. decline tired me out so i had to lower my weight a lil bit. i believe i pushed 95 pounds 8 times for incline. decline, i did 115 5x, and flat i did 110 5x i believe. my other reps were 12,10,8. with 75lbs for incline x12, and 85 for flat and decline x12, then i worked my way up. but man the decline hurt me bad. i was pissed b/c i couldnt do more weight for flat and incline. i had a goal of 120 pounds but couldnt do it. i stopped at 115. it sucks. but i can tell you i definately feel liked i worked them til failure. oh and today at school, i ran a mile and then ran the 400 meters top speed.
