use wheat bread for your sandwiches. Take pictures when you get down to 198lbs. hehehehe were going to opposite routes you and I. I am shooting for above 210 your shooting for below 200 lol. Only difference is I have alot more lean mass, you have not had the time to build the muscle yet but your starting! I just wanted to let you know nothing is going to happen over night and it may take up to 2 years before you have the lean looking physique you desire. But your going to look 10x better in probably less then a year.

ok. today went well also. biceps and back. i was lookin over my workout book and noticed an exercise i did a long time ago. bent-over barbell pull? i think thats it... well i added that to my routine b/c i thought my back department was lacking. man after i did those 3 sets, i was hurting! i could feel my back tightening up a lil bit. plus i didnt do close-grip lat pulldowns right b/c im not using the right tool on the cable machine. im using the curling hand bar thing but i need a triangle looking attachment. i cant describe it.

LoL bro! I use to have a weight set like that!? Had a flat bench just like that! But I couldn't put anymore weight on it because I was affraid the bar was going to break.. Not to mention it just felt flimsy.. Thats a decent starting bench though, the bar only weighs like 10lbs or so.. your going to end up buying alot of 25's and eventually your going to have the problem that I had with the bar flexing.
