hey guys, i was just wondering i read alot on these pages about doing a mass work out or a strength work out could any one give me a work out routine for a mass building workout thanks . warren

generally a mass workout routine invoves about sets of 6-8 reps, and doing bodybuilding exercises. But a strength training workout will involve the core lifts (squat, bench, deadlift, powerclean) and doing those for small reps and more weights like sets of 1-5 reps.

You have to search for a program for mass workout routines. When you do a certain program for a while, you will notice that you need to do more/less reps, may be you will like some exercises better than other ones. So, just as ironraider said do 6-8 reps, do the exercises which will help you gain mass on the particular body part you want.
