im just going to put the measurement parts of this program in here. im about to start week 6. week 1 weight 163 accum meassure body fat 25.9 lean body weight 120.8 body fat weight 42.5 total muscle gain / weight n/a total fat loss n/a neck 15.1 chest 40.6 waist 34.6 arms 12.3 thighs 20.8 calves 14.4 end of week 3 weight 167.5 accum measure body fat 22.3 lean body weight 130.1 body fat weight 37.4 total muscle gain/loss 8.6 total fat gain/loss -5.1 neck 15.1 change 0 chest 40.1 change -0.5 waist 34.6 change 0 arms 12.3 change 0 thighs 21.5 change 0.7 calves 14.1 change -0.3 i know sounds strange to me 8.6 pounds of muscle gained put i didnt get bigger, some places i got a fraction smaller. I have noticed my back muscles starting to show and my front middle and rear deltoids showing. very interested in the results after this week. and yes im very careful to measure in the same spots everytime. keep this in mind that before i started this program i lost 30 i was 193 had a big ol belly
