Hi im new to the forum and ive been having this problem for a couple months now so i thought that if i cant find help in the weight room theres a chance itll be here. Ok heres the situation. my left pec is more then satisfactory for me but the right barely grows and the right shoulder takes more of the load even in flies. 3rd rep no matter what theres a burn in the front delt. Has anyone had this?

Sounds like a great deal of tightness in either your pec major, minor, front delt, rotator cuff or hell, all of the above. I highly recommend seeing a physiotherapist.

Thanks so much for replying. Is there any way this tightness be caused by sleepin on mainly one side because I have occasional pain in the rotator cuff waking up.

my right anterior delt takes some of the load my right pec should be taking, its the worst with dumbell bench press which i don't do as often anymore, but I do have RTC problems, been doing ok lately but there is still a noticeable difference. I've done therapy stuff for almost a year though.

exactly some of the weight my front delt gets a pump twice as big as the chest making my delts uneven now This sounds retarded but put your finger where your chest connections to your arm and flex a lil. does any feel that theres a difference in the "connections"??

arlight this topic is pretty dead so ima just say what the doctor said. He said the area around my shoulder joint is loose/ worn out from a bike accident i had a year back. gotta have physical therapy because surgery at a young age is a stupid thing to do. the pain and burning is caused from the instabilaty in the shoulder. Hope this thread helps anyone with similar problems.
