yes call me a runt okay, sorry i was born as a skinny kid with a metabolism that never quits..get my lifts up okay, are u telling me benching 245 is bad for someone who only weighs 160 (160 as of today)....oh hey question for you, think u could run 10 miles at a 7 min/mile pace? no? so can i call u a sluggish dog cuz I can?

u did not state the time length between going from 30% BF to 3% BF..not to mention 3% body fatĀ is basically full on Pro-body building competition lvls and with your 450 bench..obviously your some kind of pro so id like to see u prove this...

i cant see how its physically possible to have a 5000 calorie/day diet and still maintain a 3% BF...and only spend 30 min at the gym...

also curious to your age...

plz plz enlighten me.

yeah fully dude i wanna see proof of this 3% body fat 245lb 5000cal/day eating powerlifter who seems to have come then gone???? Not trying to bring you down man but put up or it's a case of just to good to be true so shut up!

at night before you go to bed, it's a slow releasing protein shake... that's how I use it, other people do the same.

Ok, I'm on NO-Xplode, Cellmass, Whey and have now introduced Leukic and Gakic.  Question:  What are the interactions of these with NO pre-workout?  On workout days, according to the lables, I'm supposed to take NO, Gakic and Leukic prior to workout.  Are they interfering with each other?  I'm taking the NO about an hour prior and then Gakic and Leukic about 30 minutes prior to try and space it out.

p.s. no speeches on cost, just effectiveness.  I know the cost and it is not a consideration for me.

Thanks!!

All he is saying is that making these unfounded claims are annoying as hell, show us what is up that is what this board is about.  We want to see these results and then you will get all the praise you deserve, but there is no reason to lie (not saying that he is).  I would love to see pics of a 15yo putting up that kind of weight.

And where do you get the stupid ass idea that you are at your prime at 15?  That is not true buddy you will be gaining muscle for another 15 years!

Just my 2 cents.

im not gonna lie here guys, im 17 and im maxing out at 200 and struggling.  and there is no way in hell a 15 year old kid that is 5'9 w/ lets just say, 13-14 inch arms is putting up anywhere near 400 lbs.  and if  your 15 and 5'9 and actually able to put up that kind of weight you've been lifting a decently long time and have stunted your growth. one friend of mine is absolutely huge, 18 inch arms, 6'3, 232 pounds, and he's only putting up 290.
once again just my 0.02

From all the posts I have read on many forums about muscle tech...  I would never buy any of thei products.. especially not LEUKIC...  10-12 People said it does nothing for them ;)  Look around at logs on other forums and do research and get real info from real people before you spend $40-50-60-70-80 on something that may not work for you!!

I need someones opinion.  Im 18, 6'3'', 255lbs, and 19% BF.  Next year ill be a senior, and i need to get stronger for football and wrestling for colleges.  Right now im repping 295 on the bench and squatin like 425.  I have just been using fish protein and creatine for the past 2 years, but i want to cut down on my fat and gain strength.  A friend of mine recommended that i stack Leukic with whey, fish oils, and this stuff called hot-rox for the summer.  Is this safe to do, and will it achieve what i want? thanks

Im just starting out and using leukic.
In just a month i know ive gotten bigger but i havent actually measured or weighed myself to see for sure.
I work nights so i just dont have the motivation i need to work out through the day like i should be.
Instead i sleep.
I only work out about 30 minutes a day but even still i know that leukic has made a difference.
As long as i feel good ill keep using it.

Hi, I have just received a 1 month supply of LEUKIC.  I work out on MON.TUES.THURS.FRI. and on WED. I do some running.  I know what the instructions say but... do you take it on days that you don't workout??
