You don't need to log your food intake, although the amount of calories you eat on a particular day wouldn't be a bad addition. Just give us thoughts, feelings, general mood, the effects you pertain to the product etc... Its up to you if you regularly log any actual numbers for lifting. But in general, make it high detail.
