Well it looks like theres one with caffeine and one without it pretty much.  I thought was reading theres some problems between caffeine and creatine interaction though..

I bought the energized (caffeinated) one in my 2nd attempt at creatine. There's way way too much caffeine, you do feel pretty crazy and not lazy but I couldn't sleep at night even though I'd take it 6+ hours before bedtime, I got headaches, often lost my appetite, and spent nights in this weird caffeine high where you can't really think straight or focus on things properly. This was all because of the caffeine though, nothin to do with the creatine, if I could go back I would have bought the uncaffeinated variety

I did some research and caffeine has alot of side effects, especially on an overdose, and I think this stuff has somewhere near the equivelant of 10 cups of coffee in a scoop.

There's a different thread on the comparison of the BSN Stack & Xpand in another thread. But it's nice to have a thread dedicated to Xpand to get more opinions on it. I left a price compaison list in the other thread, but keep in mind, I wasn't aware of a uncaffeinated Xpand at the time I posted it.

Yeah it is poweful from what I hear with the caffeine... Lots of caffeine. So take half a scoop instead of a full scoop and it still has more stuff in it than No Xplode how sad.

I took the energized xpand sample i got in full and was wired for a while, then burnt out like a drug addict, felt so weak it was not even funny, it literally felt like the worst flu you can get.

So...
Eenergized Xpand = Bad
Regualar Xpand = Good
???

Anywho, any more info on caffeine and creatine combined?

I looked into some more stuff on caffeine and if it has that much caffeine in it thats rediculous.  Thats over a gram of just caffeine....

The uncaffienated version of the Xpand seems to be similar to V12 which in my opinion looks better on paper and from personal exp. I have really enjoyed the Sans.

Nice responses, and my final question.. could this take over the BSN stacking NoX and Cellmass?  I heard somewhere that this is Cellmass and NoXplode in one.  Anyone know of this supposive fact?

Well if you take a look at what the two got in em then pretty much ya.  I went to gnc with my neighbor today and recommended he should try Xpand.  So hes gonna try it and see how it works.  He's usually my workout partner so ill pretty much get basic idea of how it works for him.  Hes tried a few different creatines i know before as well.  Only reason i went to gnc for it was because i got it for him for like 37 bucks so it was pretty tight.

The gnc guy there was new and i never had seen him before.  God the guy was an idiot.  But he brought up a good point about aakg in no-x and xpand and such.  Nitrix oxide is supposed to open up blood vessells but how does caffeine work with that.  Doesnt caffeine have the oppositve effect or am i just a complete idiot....

It won't replace BSN theres a reason why BSN is #1 and Xpand has set on the shelf for a long time. This isn't some discussbodybuilding.com breakthrough.
