Jonb411 I agree 100% ive experienced this myself. On mono my face cheeks were swoll up no doubt...when i switched to ethel ester it seemed to go down..................................JJ

hang on...does 11 lbs in 3 weeks sound reasonable?? i would think it all cant be muscle.. could be another reason why there is bloating kinda. not sure

Dpends on your starting weight but I'd say 11lbs in 3 weeks is bloating outside the muscle as well. In three weeks I gain like 5 lbs just of the creatine, but I don't lose any definition at all or lose it after. That's with creatine blends not plain mono. You might want to try a different creatine product. Keep in mind unwanted bloat is temporary anyway.

Funny you post this, i gained 11 lbs in the last 6 weeks and just today TWO (!) friends of mine told me my face was bigger! I know it happens to me when i bulk, with or without creatine, so i'd agree with the guy who said it has something to do with 11 lbs in 3 weeks (which is A LOT).

lol I wish i had problems with this, the rest of my body is slightly getting bigger but I think my face is too thin i'm 152 5'9 though : P

thanks for rubbin it in! ha j/k i got a fat face right now but im cycling off cytogainer and thinking about switching back to nitro tech...any other similar products anyone can suggest?
