Awe, don't blow a fuse. Not everyone here hates the French. The way I see it, when France was selling nuclear technology to Iraq, and making deals and taking black market bribes from Saddam's regime, they were just doing what we Americans did for the better part of the seventies and eighties: looking out for their own economic interests. America armed the taliban when we thought it would help overthrow the Commies, and we pretty much whored ourselves out to everyone who we thought would keep the oil flowing and the Anti-Western rhetoric to a minimum. But the second anyone else tries to join in our "Me-First" capitalist reindeer games, we get all indignant about it. If memory serves, Russia liberated a big chunk of Eastern Europe during WWII, but you don't see them beating their chests and acting like Poland owes them a lifetime supply of butt-kissing for it. Politics. Uuughhh. Like someone else's BUTT SWEAT on my incline bench!

...By the way, before this thread devolves into a full-scale global thermonuclear meltdown, I just wanted to let you all know that I will be crowned the champion of this here competition when all the smoke clears. I mean, really, there's little point prolonging the inevitable, so I thought I'd spare you all the gastrointestinal distress you are doubtless putting yourselves through right now. If anyone wants to quit, I won't think any less of you, honestly I mean, damn. I am so freaking huge right now, I can barely bring my hands together close enough to TYPE. I think I just heard my chair creak, like the steel bracket under it is bending or something. My pecs are blown up like a couple of DICTIONARIES right now, and my biceps have ripped through every shirt in my wardrobe! Last night, when I went to the grocery store, the manager told me he was going to take out a restraining order because I keep cleaning out their produce section and I'm scaring away all his other customers with my horse-like vascularity and hugeness. Well... okay. Maybe not. But sometimes it feels like that, he he he...

ugh.. last week it was bars .. this week its work keeping me from the gym.. LUCKY! I went and gave myself food poisoning again Not as bad as last time -just some nasty cramps that pissed me off all day yesterday and today. At least I didn't leave half my gains in the toilet like last time, LOL! WTF anyway??!! Am I crashing my digestive system or something?? I think my body just gets to a point where it doesn't feel like cooperating and says, "Screw you gahs, I'm goin' hame!"

ORIGINAL: veggeep Yep. I'll have a few up here first week of feb. You all better bring your Kleenex too, 'cause I don't want your tears of frustration to short out your keyboards Hehe, we shall see. I finally learned how to flex a little better, so I should look better in my pics just from that. and anyway I'm definately heavier than before, gonna do my precise measurements this Sunday. You know what though, I've been doing MaxOt for the first time, and it seems like powerlifting. Yes I gained weight but more than that I gained a _lot_ of strength. If I unfortunately lose the competition to get the biggest, but I end up 30% stronger overall, I won't **** or even be disappointed in the least... I know it's all relative, but I did leg press this week for 545 pounds, 3 sets of 6. Thats going deep on the compression too. I'm sure some people are much stronger but for me that's just huge. I never even believed I could push more than 400 pounds. If anything this competition made me break through some mental barriers. Oh, and my bench got better too... and squats... and deadlift --well, on the 8th day God created deadlift, and it was good.

ORIGINAL: rob1 yeah..time for some meat veggeep..your an omnivore for a reason.. (not intended to be insulting.) HAAAAAAAAAAAAA! Nice try This time, meat was the culprit, LOL! I slipped and had a ceasar salad with grilled shrimp on it the day before I got sick. What can I say? Work pissed me off and I felt like killing something. I'm a heartless, shrimp-slaying monster, I know. I'm gonna go flog myself with celery stalks now for pennance...
