you wish..look out nic..im only 155 lbs..i got room to grow!!! i say since its obviouse we wont get anymore participants we move the start date up..im anxiouse to get started..hows the 19th? that will make it a 10 week comp.

Just Bulk? What about a seperate comp for like total body transformation, like more than 8 weeks. like a 6 month comp. based on bf% and before and afters. I'm kinda going for that.

Ill join. I am currently 160lbs, 13-14% BF. Arms 14". So probably about 138lbs lbm. Bench 70lb dumbbell x8 Deadlift 295x8 Squat 145x8 http://img208.imageshack.us/my.php?image=composite4ej.jpg Goal weight = 170ish. Want to cut down to 165 after just in time for summer.

sweet! one more.. ok just be sure to have your pics taken by the 1st. or as close to the first as possible.. and yeah i agree with nic..lets just do before and after pics. 3 poses min.

Count me in. I don't know anything about posing, but I'm trying to learn so I'll look at your guys pics to see how to pose right. I'll post mine as soon as I see what I'm supposed to do. Meantime, I just started getting the hang of things this month, and made this big phat Excel sheet to track all my stuff - measurements, BF% (currently measuring with Accumeasure, but I might pick up a bio-impedance scale since my measurements are so damned inconsistant), nutrition, and general notes about exercises, supps, etc. I'm actually thinking about posting my excel sheet for everyone to share/adapt, cause it has a lot of formulas calculating stuff out for you, to easily track progress both as a running total and total over time. My overall goals are 18 months out, but I was planning on bulking as much as I can for the next 3 months already, and this looks perfect. w00t. ;-) Nice to meet everyone, btw.

count me in on this. ive been waiting for someting like this to help modivate me. right now ive only been lifting hard for about a month. ill have my pics and measurments in after xmas. i was goin to start bulking the first anyways, so this is really convenient. looking forward to it
