Dizzamn! Not bad at all! I guess if you factor in a reasonable margin of error for body fat calculations, 2/100 of a pound is hardly a conclusive point spread, LOL. What is that, like a TEASPOON of bodyfat? Ha ha ha! I think we have a statistical tie If you look at the raw body fat numbers, you increased your total fat mass by 67.5%, and I bumped mine up by just slightly half that much at 33.3%. To be perfectly honest, I could live with bumping my total bodyfat up to 9.61 Lb if it would translate to a 10-Lb gross gain. That would put my BF at 5.85% (164 final weight). The way I'm going, that's likely where I'll be at the end of May. It always looks miniscule on paper, but try this on for size some time (I don't know if you've been following my blog, but I got this idea some weeks ago): go to your grocer's meat isle and pick up four pounds of beef out of the freezer. Just holding it in your hand, you get a tiny little rush of adrenaline. I don't care how you cut it, four pounds is a lot of muscle to build in two months time -even allowing for a conservative estimate of 30% of that gain being water and food weight, it's amazing that the human body can build the stuff that fast

Yes, that's me in my avatar, and NO, I don't look like that today. That was taken back in Jan '07, and I lost most of that progress when I slacked off last year. I'm on my way back, tho, and I'm using that photo for inspiration.
