04/13/04 - NOTE: This is intended to be a humorous look at a stupid decision. A good chuckle is encouraged. Jeez!! Anticipation and testosterone caused a large drop in IQ on Saturday, 04/10. I decided to hit the gym and begin to ease myself into shape. Began with Incline DB press, DB Flyes, Leg extensions, and then squats. Warm-up was excellent!!! Squats: Warm-up set: 1) 10x135lbs 2) 10x135lbs 3) 8x185lbs 4) 8x185lbs Working set: 1) 6x225lbs 2) 6x225lbs (ACK!!!) Probably set myself back a couple of weeks. Resigned to having wife shake head and index finger at me everytime she sees me slightly hunched. Now the "butt" of jokes and discussions revolving around everything from hemorrhoids to menstral cramps! GADS!!
