i have been taking whey protein. it hasnt really helped much. i eat plenty of fruits and veggies, along with quite a bit of meat and poultry. i took it for 3 months at first and nothing was really happening. my metabloism is really fast. i still take, but i take it along with creatine now. when i first started taking creatine, i noticed a big difference. it helps alot.

yeah im wrestling, and lifting weights.

Put together a contest/sport resume with your experience and a photo, a proposal for sponsorship through a supplement company then you can apply to several supplement companies for athletic sponsorship.  You have to show you can be a respectful representative of their product, write testimonials on the usage, you may need to show up to an event now and then......

Well, you won't find out unless you ask.
You can contact a supplement compnay and ask them if they offer athletic sponsorships for school athletes and if so, who to apply to.
My sponsor was a cfl sponsor and they also sponsored school athletes and teams.........although I am no longer with them, I think they no longer do sport supps. and do naturals now.
Anyway, just a suggestion, won't cost you nothing and can't lose anything.
Linda

I have to agree with Nitro, just eat right, allthough the Whey makes for a good meal replacement, fills me up at least. And as for all the other supplements that are out there, why make your self a exsperiment? and even if you do take a supplement you have to take it long term for any real benifit from it. when someone says they can tell the difference in 2-3 weeks thats hogwash(all in the head then)

other supplements do help. and saying that fast results is hogwash is not true. i take measurements of my arms and legs every 3 days that i work out. within the first week that i started taking creatine i got almost 1/2 an inch bigger on my arms and legs.
