Blech, talk about no energy. I think tuesday and yesterday were a little more intense than they should have been but here goes. Chest Flat Bench 135x12,185x10,225x6,225x5,225x5 Incline DB Fly (Really struggled here) 40x8,35x10,35x10 Incline DB Press 60x10,65x8,65x8 Flat Bench w/2 second pause 1 inch above chest 135x12 Tri Overhead Cable Extensions 120x12,120x12,120x12 At this point I knew I was just going thru the motions. Called it a day. Played over an hour of table tennis, so got in some cardio and a little stretching. Come back and hit it tomorrow. Paul

Can I mention that I HATE CARDIO!!!!!!! But the show must go on. Friday am Treadmill, Time 22:30 Distance 2mi, Cals: 380, maximum HR 172 Alternated 2 min of speed 4.2 walk with 2.5 min of speed 6.5 jog gah Paul Burn the fat, burn the fat, burn the fat.

OK Time to play catch up a little here: Friday: Stiff Leg Deadlift 115x12,225x8,275x6,226x8 (Gotta get some straps, let go at 275 grrrr) SS#1 Seated Row: 165x10,185x10,195x8 Wide Grip Pulldown: 130x8,140x7,140x7 EZ Bar Reverse Curl 57x12,67x8,67x8 Barbell Curl 85x8,85x8,85x8 Seated Hammer DB Curl 30x10,35x10,40x10 Saturday: rest except I bowled some with my man Laser and he's a darned good bowler Sunday: rest Monday: rest Paul

17 Feb 04 Just cardio Treadmill time: 21:57 Distance: 2.0mi Calories Burned: 407 Alternated 2min walk (4.2mph) with 4min jog (6.5mph) Whew Paul Only 6 more days!!!!!

GAAAAAAAAAAH Morning weigh in: 290, uh oh, I think my diet has slipped a little there. Gonna be hard to hit my Feb goal of 285 if I keep this up :-( Plus my shoulders acting up again. Paul

OK, I'm starting to get in a funk. My shoulder is worse, I slept terribly last night because everytime I moved it felt like I was being stabbed. Gotta call the Dr and see what's up, not happy. Feeling pretty down right now :-( Paul

Marc & Slayer, Thanks for the support, I was feeling pretty sorry for myself when I posted that last. Just gonna deal with it and do what I need to do to get it taken care of. As to work, no problem there. I just can't exercise much, can still walk so will have to do that and not succumb to emotional eating. Paul

Just had my C-Spine X-rays done. Hopefully I will have more info on what the heck is going on by Wednesday. It's really stiff and I feel the 'tightness' all the time now. Bah Paul

Dr has informed that I have some degeneration at C7/T1 and need to lay off traditional squats and such. I have a follow up appointment today and will get more info then. Paul
