Oh man was this embarrassing. 15 June 2005 Chest Flat Bench 115x10,135x10,185x8,225x6,245x.5 (No triceps at all, they are totally GONE), 185x8,185x5 Incline Bench 95x8,115x8,115x8 Cable Crunches 150x20,150x20,150x20 Nautilus Ab Machine 115x10,115x10,115x10 Now time for some TENNIS!!!!!!! You know that you are either mentally defective or just plain stupid when you do the following (Note I am currently in LAS VEGAS, the sin capital of North America if not more) 20 Jun 2005 Walk 3/4 of a mile to a bus station Wait 20 minutes for bus 15 minute ride on bus half mile walk to Gold's Gym Standing Military BB Press 50x12, 50x10, 70x8, 90x8, 110x6, 110x6 Standing Lateral DB Raise 30x8, 25x8, 25x8 Seated Ahnold Press 45x6, 45x8, 45x8 Squat 135x8, 155x8, 175x8 ,195x8 Leg Extension 100x8, 110x8, 120x8 Leg Curl 100x8, 110x8, 120x8 Walk half mile to bus stop wait 15 minute for bus take 15 minute ride on bus walk 3/4 mile to hotel Yikes, am I STUPID or WHAT??? EDIT: Forgot to mention this punishment was inflicted in about 35 minutes Paul

2 Jul 2005 Standing EZ-bar Curl - changed this up. Pulled my shoulders back and expanded my chest and went lighter on the weight, whooooooo what a difference. 25x12, 45x10, 65x8, 65x8, 65x8 Dips (with 40lb assistance, ugh, what a loss in strength) 10,10,10 Standing DB Hammer Curl - Same thing as with the EZ-bar 30x8, 30x8, 30x8 Close Grip Bench 135x8, 155x8, 155x8 Standing Double Cable Curl 50x8, 50x10, 50x13 Stairmaster for 8 minutes, 32 floors climbed Paul
