holy crap dude...i never even thought about taking steroids...but seeing what happened to you in a year and a half opened up my eyes even more...i mean...jesus christ you are only 20 and you might pass off maybe even for 40. I never seen someone age so fast...thats crazy. I really dont think you can reverse that...sorry to say...that would be like aging backwards and I dont think its possible...at least not yet lol. What were you thinking when you started taking steroids anyway? You could've just lifted naturally...maybe use some supplements but not freaking roid...I'm guessing you didnt really know much about them...someone just told you to take em and you did...not a smart decision. But on the bright side you are ripped now lol and it only took a year...so much testostirone just probably tripled...quadrupled...your aging.

Why would I make something like this up? Why are people on this board freaking attacking me when I'm looking for help.

Dude, I do have hair, its just thining. I don't know if you understand that even after I stoped taking it I was still experiancing changes for like 3 more months. But I'm not going to argue with you, if you want to deny it go ahead.

And calling me ugly doesn't help anything. Don't you think I already feel self conscious? I feel like a freaking beast or something, when all I wanted was a little tone. I thought that like 2 years of Oxandrolone, and Nandrolone would give me a start, and I could handle it from there. Plus even when I did start to worry everyone was like, its not that noticeable and look how buff your getting, and stuff. So by the time I quit, things were really changing, and didn't stop till months after. In fact I'm not sure they haven't completely stoped all together.

If your having problems allready as a kid and YES 21 IS KID, I personally have known guys take took steriods in there younger days like yourself, and you might as well plan on having serious health issue's later on in life, if not sooner beings you all ready been having side effects so young, for starts you will most likly be sterile. sorry to say future is going to be grim. possible early death, long drawn out kind.
on the other side I've known a guy that never did have side effects other then went thru 4 wifes and never had any kids, so even he in a way had a side effect.....
bottom line there is no antidote...damage is done and only beginning for u

Try deadlifts bro, you'll love them.
The power feels amazing and the extra mass that slaps onto you back wil be awesome.
Do squats even if oyu dont like them, they're a very important exercise. I hate squats myself. Buti do them anyway.

Nice change of subject... you should give Squats another try dude, and get into Deadlifts. I think it was Louie Simmons who said... the easist and most comfortable excersises also happen to be the most worthless.
