Mine is about 16-16.5
but mine just go about .5" to 1" from normal to pump, i have small biceps
and that is my right
my left is half an inch smaller then my right

36cm --> 14 inches point somethin...
still a lot of work :p my biceps are my weak point, I hate training them too -_-

Surprisingly my bicep doesnt get that much diff when its flexed. Its lke an inch bigger if that...

I come from a family that has no history of high and nice looking peeks. Usually just big and long biceps.
It would look nice if i could get the peek going.....any ideas?

15 and 3/8 on left and 15 on right with no pump whatsoever...just flexed. Ive measured em over 16 before i know. In weight training we have competitions of who can get the biggest pumps in a workout on your arms...like how much they grow fromt he beggining compared to end. Its fun...

Mine are 14" flexed and 12 3/4" or 13" unflexed, depends when I measure.

I'm 13 and I have 13 inch arms when dry. I think I could probably get them up to 14 when pumped maybe 14.5. Is this any good? I'm 5' 4" and 110-115 pounds. I feel like everyone else has bigger arms then me. :( Are those good measurements?

My bicep flexed is 17 1/2 inches. And ronnie colemans biceps are deffenitely 24 inches.

i get about 16 to 16.5 depending on if im pumped or not. nothing special, and i think my forearms are about the 13.5 area....havent measured lately. i think there should have been i bigger breakdown on the poll though.

Very innacurate. Triceps make up a huge part of the size. Maybe ask for arms, not biceps. I don't think you can measure biceps.
