wrist training today
when i say 20 i mean 2 10's back to back (smooth sides out)
when i say 30 i mean 3 10's back to back to back(smooth sides out)
crushed an apple before this workout tryed with my right hand only failed tryed with my left failed. Tryed with my right again failed... Used both hands to get started and then finshed with just my right :p

[B]Plate wrist curls [/B]
Right Hand 10x15 20x10 20x10 20x10
Left Hand 10x15 20x10 20x10(used right hand to help on last 2 reps) 20x10
[B]Plate pinching[/B]
Right hand: 10x60secs 20x35secs 30x9secs
Left Hand: 10x60 secs 20x34secs 30x8secs[B]
Thumb Work[/B]
I used the clamps of my olympic wieght set and closed them a little past parrellel
Right And LEft hand: x10 x10 x10
[B]Extensor Work[/B]
I used 3 hair tie  things around my finger tips and opened my hand up
Right and Left hand: x10 x10

got my grippers today

could TNS hg100 and the hg150 with the right hand
can TNS hg 100 with left and get 1/8 a mm away with the hg 150

could close the hg300 with both hand :p


i think with a little practice on tequnique i can get the hg 200

my forearms are fried from plying with the grippers trying to get use to them

My Goal Gripper is HG200 could do negs with 250 so i do them with 200

[B]GRIPPERS[/B]
HG 100 - 1 set of 6 reps both hands.
HG100 - 1 set of 6 reps both hands.
HG100 - 1 set of 6 reps inverted closes both hands
HG 200 - Negtive both hands
HG100 -Overcrush hold 10 seconds both hands
HG 200 -Negtive both hands
HG100-Overcrush hold 10 seconds both hands
HG 200- Negtive hold for 20 seconds(left) 22seconds(right)
HG 100-Overcrush hold 10 seconds both hands
HG 200- Negtive hold for 20 seconds(right) 24(left)
HG 100-Overcrush hold 10 seconds both hands
HG 200 - Negtive hold for [B]25 seconds(right) PR + 3 seconds[/B] [B]30 sec(left) PR + 6 seconds[/B]
HG 100 -Overcrush hold 10 seconds both hands

Going light staying explosive. Keep ing form strick avoiding preseason injury.
Everything felt good
Man the pullups were great ive never done 13 pullups and i did it with 10 lbs added BOOSTED
Wanted to get in some t bar rows but didnt have time

Overall: A++

i closed it with my right hand and can do it consistently and i got it once or twice with my left


SO HAPPY :)

nice workout. Great sore already :p hope i can walk tommrow

proablly could do more wieght but its my first time doing atg squats(of course i pick a hard set rep scheme for my first time :p)

tryed smooth out negs and didnt like them at all regular negs for me :)

working out 6 days this week with grippers (extensors thumb and gripper)
and 4 of those days will include plate pinching and plate wrist curls

then i took a 5lbs protien jug and filled it half way with gravel(that cause the thing to wiegh 13 lbs) and i held it up by putting my hand in side and opening my hand
Right hand: 19 seconds  8 seconds(sliped because of sweat)
Left hand: 16 seconds 11 seconds

Contrast shower




wresting starts nov 15 so i am doin g no more lifting(acept forearm work) intill then
