If you were to choose...
-
Tuesday, September 27, 2005 6:55 AM
Currently, say you could only pick one, which would you choose? Cellmass, or No-Xplode, both are by BSN. Choose wisely now, both ae very good supplements, but which would you choose? Keep in mind, you are taking Protein Shakes with this, so yes, the shake is already on the menu. But currently, as of to all of you NOW, not in the past, but now, this is a start to see which would be chosen. Both are the same price if bought online, GNC carries them 3 bucks apart, No-X being more. Cellmass? No-Xplode? -Brian

I am sorry AnimalForever1, that is not the answer to the question. I just started taking the BSN stack last Friday, and yes I can tell a difference already. I am sorry but I don't have the answer to your question either, I have not taken them individually.

I wouldn't take neither of them. They both just a scam. Taking sups to pump blood to your muscles don't make your muscle bigger. Stop taking it and you will look smaller. Fake muscles.

Ok, what makes you guy think they are scams. I see lots of people getting results here. Since you guys would not take these, could you guys perhaps suggest an alternative.

It's a damn vaso dilator! Dah, what's that? It swells your muscles with blood. Gee, that's why it looks like it's working the minute you take it. It doesn't help you muscles grow in any way. Don't believe me? Do some research, you will find there is no proof that it makes them "GROW". It just swells them with blood. Do you guys even looking what these sups do before you start taking them, or do you just beleive everything your read on the bottle and what the sups companies tell you? Growing muscles is 90% about your diet. When you finaly realize that, then you will grow. Don't even reply to this with some BS on how it works to GROW muscles unless you have solid proof, like medical studies.

I say it gives you a temp pump, haha, that sounds funny. I mean, I PREFER Protein shakes and N-Large2 as it is rich in what the body really needs... but I guess if someone whats to grow temp, fighting, modeling, etc, I don't know, this stuff is a good short term affect. I mean, my biceps are huge but I have been off of No-Xplode for a 2 weeks now... sad thing tho, I was off the No-Xplode and I went to curl the weights I lifting while taking No-Xplode and guess what? Nope, my gains didn't go down, I couldn't believe it but I seemed much stronger.... Anyways, what a trip huh.

I'm in Lake Forest and I work in Irvine next to the Spectrum. I took those kinds of sups once, and yes, I got a big rush and pump, I worked out a little harder I suppose. My muscles swelled. But went down like 2 days later. I feel I kept the strength. But I don't think that gain was from the sup directly, I feel it was because I worked out a little harder. But hell, I can get that rush from a cheapo caffeine pill or 2-3 cups of coffee. I just don't think it's worth all that money, maybe if they didn't charge so much for it. That's why I think it's a scam. They figure if people see a pump, they will think that the sup is working to make the grow more muscle, so they rape you on the prices.

After reading what Blue Nitro said, I will agree tohis side of the arguement/debate. I actually am with you on this as I believe that coffee/caffeine can give the same effects as No-Xplode. It does force me to train a bit harder, but I am starting to use motivation to push myself that extra mile and it seems to work actually. As for the Spectrum, I am a patrol officer for Orange County (South) and I know that place well, it's with all the nice looking searchlights around lol. Thats my middle point on my patrols. I use those lights to tell where I am at times just for the hell of it lol. But yes, I do see Blue Nitro on this one and how he looks at it as a scam, I would too, the price does suck, I will have to agree.
