I've heard pretty good things about ISS Research Super Vitamin Paks. It's half the price of Animal Pak.

25$ American so about 35ish canadian is much more affordable. Wonder how much shipping is to Canada. I'll definitely think about it, but the 11 tablets thing is a major turn off.

YES animalpack has 11 tablets in one pack ill take a pic of it tomorrow so ull see it better, and i paid $30 streight at my local VitaminShoppe for 44packs. Most supplemnt sites have it cheeper, but than dont forget shipping, so its going to add up to about the same prise, plus you have to wait for it.

Rus, your parents let you buy all those supplements but they won't let you go to the gym? Seems to be the other way around for most young athletes.

I was on the same boat as Ruslan before I moved in with my Mom. My Dad has a bench, dumbbells, and a treadmill. So when I said that I wanted to go to the gym, my step-mom just didn't understand it. She doesn't understand the difference and she always thinks that she's right. It's a good thing that I got the hell out of there.
