I think it was his tricep he tore... last year or so, but he was in the Olympia this year.

My favorite is Dorian Yates.  I must have watched his Blood N Guts video a thousand times.  Whenever I feel I need a kick in the ass... I watch that video.

I would have to give recognition to Bruce Lee also even tho he wasnt a body builder he had the most defined body i have every seen in my whole life noone can question that

Status: offline 		Darrem Charles, Gunter Schlierkamp, Lee Haney.....alot I like, Im rootin for cutler to finally win Mr. Olympia, but Ronnie Coleman might be one of my favs, cause I respest his workouts, he has some of the hardcorest workouts Ive seen, reminds me of the old fashioned body builders, when thier wasnt so many fancy machines.
