Lets see if it yo-yo's back up in the next few days. MP is making me soo damn hungry. I'm trying sooooo hard not to eat more, I'm trying to stay at least -500 calories per day. But it's really hard.

Weight (in morning) 174 Notes: I'm noticed I'm starting to look a lot more cut in my abs. Morning cardio sucked, just didn't feel like doing it, or anything for the day. I ate 266 calories over maintenance!!! Couldn't help it, my metabolism must be a lot higher than I tought, I was so hungery. Lets see what the scale says tomorrow.

After eating over maintenance calories yesterday, I lost weight. Looks like I might have to increase my calories. Matabolism seems really high with all the cardio I do. I'm on vaction this week and most of next. So I probably won't be lifting much since I have a lot of work to do around the house. I spend most of the day today grocery shopping @ 3 grocery stores. I also ordered $180 worth of supplements on line today. Getting ready to bulk soon. I bought more stuff than I needed. I'm going to trying muscle milk and cytogainer for the first time ever. I also got some rebound XT, ZMA, and Trib. I'm waiting for DS to get some Active T in so I can order a few bottles. This will be the first time I ever take anything for test boosting. Oh, got some muscle milk and oats too. I know it's over kill on the test boosting stuff, but I'm not going to stack it all. I'm gonna save most for later. I'm gonna try the ReboundXT and ActiveT stack first.

The fat on my sides near my back is down a lot. My legs look really ripped when I flex them. Keep in mind, I never worked my legs untill about 2 months ago. I also lost a fat off my ass. Not that I had a big ass, but I can feel the hard muscles in them now when I flex. Hardly any jiggle at all. I'm not going to give my final conclusion on this sup untill a few days to a week. I wanna see if I lose more of this "water weight" I'm supposed to have gained. I didn't do the fat calipers, I don't think they work on me anymore. I think my skin is too thick or something from when I used to weight 265+lbs. We shall see in the next few days...

I envy that 2.7" off the waist. You might not be able to see the difference in your pics, but it was the first thing I noticed (I hadn't seen your measurements until after checking out the pic). Great job, supplement or no!
