Yeah, I had a lotta family crap to do the past 5 days. So my training and nutrition sucked. Now I can get back on track and test this supp.

Notes:

WTF! Day 4 and I went from 176lbs to 173lbs. That's 3 lbs in 4 days....hmmm. It better show up as fat loss on the calipers this monday and not muscle lossSmile

I'm not complaining, but if it's from these sups, I will know for sure if the trend continues and I drop below 170 and it shows up as fat loss.

I think I'm going to start eating more, I'm getting scared I'm losing muscle. But I was able to lift more weight this week than I was last week.

My guess is the supplement. I have noticed no muscle loss or strength as i can now almost see my abs from a relaxed position. Ride it out till monday and if it is muscle loss then go from there. You have been cutting for over 3 months so whats a little extra muscle loss? When are you going to bulk again?

I havn't decided for sure yet. I have pockets of fat on my sides near the back, chest, and lower abs. I'd like to burn that all off before bulking again. It's been there ever since I lost the 90lbs a couple years ago. The crap on my chest and sides have been burnning off a lot in the past month.

To be honest, I don't think I'll be bulking for a long time. I'm very strick on my training and diet, so I'm going to shoot for both kinda. I'm gonna eat a lot more, but keep the cardio heavy to. Cardio seems to be the only thing where I see results in fat lose. But who knows, I may just say f**k it and bulk anyway.

Notes:
Well I went up 2lbs. I'm sure it's all water gain cause I had my cheat meal yesterday. I ate chilli, baked potato, and jr hamburger at wendy's. So I had a TON more salt that usual. Tomorrow's weight in will probably be back to 173 or even lower.

Oh, I need to add. I took 250mg of caffeine with my BCAA before cardio this morning. I also did that yesterday. I some times take caffeine on weekends because I usually don't lift. So I try to get some of the cal burn lost due to not lifting. Plus it helps me to eat more so my muscles recover. I started making my own pills a few weeks ago. I bought 500g of caff for $15, and 1000g of BCAA about $45. Should last a long time. Plus it's fun making your own pills.

Took measurements today. I'm at 176 lbs. BF is slightly down and lean mass is slightly up.
Loss in waist, thight, chest, and calf size. My legs look more ripped, and they are very hard.
I took the BF measurements and body size first thing in the morning. I usually take it in the afternoon, so these measurements could all mean nothing.

Kick ass weights session today, I was sooo pumped and ripped afterwards. Last week I did the DB press @ 70lbs, the week before that was 65lbs, and before that 60lbs. I been able to increase weight each week with not only chest, but everything.

MP will most likely obscure the caliper test. It makes most people retain water quite significantly. I am holding a 1lb of water weight, if not more, within the space of 4 days.

That is nearly a full pint of water by the way.

Also, when you cease use of the MP and revert to upping calories a bit, you will notice that it is harder to gain fat back for a short while, no matter how much junk or fat you eat. This at least appears to be the case with the majority.

I plan for today to be a rest day. But who knows, I may lift or run, it's hard for me to rest.

Well I got my rest day in. Since I didn't do any training, my calories burned are low, and it shows I exceeded my caloric need by 554 calories. My metabolism must be higher though cause I had to eat that much, I was getting hungry.

Rob,

I belive you on the water retention. And seems to always make me hungry about an hour after I take it. Even if I take it will a big meal.

When do most people start seeing results? I only have a 20 day supply. And from what I've learned about some fatty acids, it can take a month or more to really see results.

Some hyper-responders notice results within days. Others it takes about 2 weeks to really manifest.

Some have only realised the true effects when they ceased use and dropped the water and noticed how much leaner they were.

I get the 7grain sprouted energy(fruit) bars from Henery's market, AKA WildOats. That's the only place I seen those.

I get sprouted grain bread from Stator Brothers. The bread is made by "Food for Lifte". Some times I by fresh 7 grain sprouted bread from Henery's when it's on sale.

The stuff is hard to find. You can probably get it at Trader Joes too, or any other grocery store that's not one of the big boys. It's kinda dry, but I'm used to it, i just put lots of spicy mustard on it. There's not preservatives in it either, so you have to keep it in the frig and eat it within a week or the sprouts can grow moldSmile
