Without doubt, Designer Supplements is high on my list. I am a big fan of Activa Te and Rebound XT. I am looking forward to the release of Melting Point. The reason Beverly International Nutrition (their full name) is at the top of my list is their longevity. They opened in 1967. They sponsor several bodybuilding competitions throughout the United States, yet, their president and founder, Roger and Sandy Riedinger, both former competitors, will pick up the phone and talk with you. And all of the staff are current or former competitors, so, after that much time (38 years), I believe they know what works. I used their supplements throughout my first year of training, diet and competition. Everything worked as it was supposed to. I am using Beverly supplements as well as Designer Supplements as I train for next year's bodybuilding competition season. www.bodybuildingworld.com www.beverlyinternational.com

Thanks for the kind words Navy. Rus, at 15, you should work on your training and your diet, and get some good protein, take a multivitamin, and get some fish oil.

How do i go about geting my dirty little mits on it? Any chance you know where i can get some here in Australia?
