Yeah, i think i did lose some muscle when i had the flu. The first day i couldnt hold anything down. It wasnt till the 3rd day when i was able to eat. That third day i only consumed a third of what i usually eat. So 3 - 4 days of not eating, i would think some muscle would have been burned off.

ON: I thought MP did a great job, so the only thoughts i have is for you is to give it a try. I did the best i could but due to many different variables, i dont think i achieved 100% of MP can do. I have been reading your ActivaTe journal and with your dedication and focus, MP might yield better results due to your goals and drive.

I see a difference.

Just leaner all over.  Noticed it in the face a lot.  Waist as well.  Nice work.

I think the "flu" weight loss program is what I've used in the past to get lean.  Too bad you lose muscle too and it sort of sucks!

I'm going to give MP a try as well.

Usually when i get the flu and lose weight i gain it back quickly after im healthy again. However, with MP, i didnt gain any of the weight back. But it does suck when muscle is lost when sick.

How many weeks is between those photos?

It is very clear that you've dropped fat around your midsection.

I can also see you're a little flat. At least your chest appears to be. That will come right back when you up your carbs a little for a couple of weeks.

I would say about 10 weeks apart. Its hard to see the definition with the hair and being ultra white. I do have a great farmer tan.

2 week follow up.

My weight has held steady at 208lbs. I've recalculated my daily calories and i have been able to maintain this weight for 2 weeks post MP. I really want to bulk, but i want to make sure that im able to hold this weight or lose a little more before i do.

Good idea.

Wheni first used MP, i jumped straight into bulking calories and managed to not add any fat for like 3 weeks. There is definiately a residual effect. if i'd amended calories ebtter at the time, i could switched into a lean bulk easy, or started MP again to make sure i didn't gain any fat.

It looks athough you're just smaller.  It seems like this didn't get you defined but ate away your muscle.  I'm looking at the before and after pics...  thanks, I was strongly thinking about taking MP but it just doesn't seem worth it due to the migraines and cramps.  I'd rather be able to lift and do cardio complimented with a great diet to lose weight.  MP got you leaner no questions but as for definition I don't see much of a difference maybe negative difference.
