My normal range of calories is 3200-3600. I have changed it to 2400-2900. I am also carb cycling and I increased my fats (good and some bad) to replace the carbs on the low to no carb days. Protein has stayed the same.

DAY 14

Hangover today.....Neighbors had a party as it was their 10 wedding anniversary. I was holding steady at a shot of tequila an hour but then that sped up. I did 10 shots total. To avoid hangovers i drink as much water as i can before i go to bed. The water didnt matter as a hangover occured any way.

My legs and calves are still tight and sore and it doesnt matter how much water i drink, it only helps so much. Only one more day till i run out of MP. I will post measurements and a pic will probably follow a few days later.

DAY 15

Final day of the beta test. I will take my final measurements and pictures in 5-7 days. From what i have been reading i will continue to hold water from the supplement still being in my system. In a few days i should release a lot of water due to MP holding onto so much. It feels like a lot as i have tripled my water intake and im still rarely peeing.

I wont be afraid to put in some carbs. My problem is the high glycemic carbs.....

Post Cycle DAY 1

Im finding this process very interesting. The water process interests me the most as i was 209 but since i increased my water i have shot back to 216. The cool part is the mirror shows me less fat and more muscle as they are much more noticable. I might have to shave my chest for the pixs, i dont want to but it is hard to see the improvement with hair. Also when i pinch my skin, it feels more fluid than fat, especially around my waist. It feels different.

Yeah so far so good.

Post Cycle Days 2-4

I'm hitting the bathroom more frequently the last few days. Other than that there is nothing new to report. I will weigh myself tonight. Hopefully there will be a good loss of weight.

I received another bottle of MP the other day. I will start phase 2 (15 days, 8 pills/day) of the beta test tomorrow. I will post measurements tonight. I will do my best to hit the weights and cardio more frequently. My routine has been shady the last month. It mostly had to do with work as i have been overloaded lately.

I didnt expect an increse with my chest. I hoped at best that i would stay the same in certain areas (neck, shoulder, chest, arms) and lost around the tire (waist, hips, quads) and a high percentage was true. Forearms was the only area where i didnt want a loss. 6 pounds in 3 weeks is 2lbs a week and within the safe zone when it comes to healthy weight loss.

Measurements:

Weight: 212lbs (-6lbs)
Height: 6'4"
Neck: 17 (same)
Chest: 42 (+.5 in)
Shoulders: 52 (same)
Waist: 35.5 (-.5 in)
Hips: 42 (-1 in)
Right Thigh: 24 (-.5 in)
Left Thigh: 24 (- .5in)
Right Calf: 15.5 (same)
Left Calf: 15.5 (same)
Right Upper Arm: 14 (same)
Left Upper Arm: 14 (same)
Right Forearm: 12.5 (- .5 in)
Left Forearm: 12.5 (- .5 in)

PHASE 2 DAY 1

I got in a good shoulder and bicep workout. I consumed to many high glycemic carbs and my muscles are tight and sore. Im going to do my best to stick to low glycemic carbs as i feel much better when i do. Workouts and cardio have been difficult as of late due to weakness and motivation. However i picked up some No-Xplode and this should help out in both of those areas. Hopefully the cell volumizer will assist MP as well.

The No-X worked wonderfully. I had increased motivation and strength. However my legs will be hurting tomorrow as i did heavier weight and my workouts have been inconsistant. Bring on the pain. The sweet delicious pain.

PHASE 2 DAY 3

Got in a great chest workout. I was able to do a little more weight than the last few chest workouts. Yesterday was a low carb day and this morning i woke up super hungry. I have consumed 1200 calories so far and i still feel hungry. My neighbor's pool is finally finished, so hopefully i can get some swimming in every few days for cardio as i've lost all motivation to play hoops.

PHASE 2 DAY 4

I've put together 4 days in a row of working out. I havent been able to do this for over a month. So as you can imagine, i am sore. My chest and Tri's are sore, my legs are sore and my back will probably be sore tomorrow. Tomorrow will of course be a day off.

The hunger.....MP makes me hungry. Mixed with that, NO-X makes me even more hungry. After a workout, im super hungry even with pre and post workout shakes. I've consumed 1700 calories so far but it doesnt feel like it.

PHASE 2 DAY 4 & 5

The muscle tightness has moved into my lower back which is making mobility rough and painful. I havent taken any today (day5) due to this. I will take a few days off and then restart with only 4 caps per day instead of 8. Unless someone has a way to neutralize the tightness. Nothing i do seems to work. Its a great supplement but it works a little too well for me at this 8 cap per day level.

I got one too. But I didn't open it cause I want to see what happens a week after being off it. I'm thinking I might startup next week with 8 caps per day. You and green frog both are getting aches from it. Wonder why? What is this stuff doing?

Its been 3 days since my last supplementation of MP. It tooks a couple of days for the tightness in my back and legs to loosen up. I will restart tomorrow morning with 4 caps per day. My weight is holding steady. I put 4 days in a row of lifting, then the other day i sliced my thumb. I had to use some butterfly stitches to keep it closed. I should be able to begin my routine tomorrow as well.
