how do you think about parabolan? i've found some information about it here http://www.anasteroid.com/steroid_information.shtml can you advice to use it? Thank you.

Interesting, I have always made my protein shakes plain, with nothing added to them, I may have to try something new and see how it shakes up Smile  ...  Smile

This is my all time favorite large protein shake recipe. It gives me more energy then I ever thought possible. I add my protein powder in as the last ingredient, otherwise i can't stand the taste of it Smile

doesn't seem very good. way too many carbs too. serving is for 2 though but still i guess it depends on what ur looking for

Sure David1991, you can drink your creamy peanut butter smoothies and get sluggish, but I'll be drinking my energy boost smoothie and be working out 10 times harder.
