Super post. Wait...so you add scrambled eggs to the pancakes. Or is it whipped, uncooked egg whites? Oh well, I don't like pancakes anyway. Great stuff anyway.

awsome post!!!!!
well i kinda tried it today, kinda in meaning i didnt have all the ingrediants, so i made my own protein shake:

12oz. water
3 scoops whey
6 ice cubes
2 table spoons icecream
1 cup of blueberries

it was pretty good, but i think it would b much better if i've added less water.

LoL

I believe what they meant is beat the eggs or use egg beaters. Don't know why they used the word "scrambled" for the directions?

You don't even have to beat the eggs anyhow....just throw all the ingredients in a bowl..mix and then cook them like you would pancakes. You could even use a waffle maker.

If you want more recipes for protein pancakes I can get you some good ones I've tried. :)

btw: I haven't tried the pancake recipe up above myself.

Great stuff! Any alternatives to "Heavy whipping cream"??

Edit: Perhaps non fat vanilla or plain yogurt or frozen yogurt?

Would it ruin the food/shakes if I put whey powder in?

they all look awesome!

Try this i've just started making this stuff and it's GOLD as i'm dieting for comp on a low carb diet and i can eat 150g of this a day!

Grab a jar of peanut butter
Scoop it out into a bowl and add 100-150ml of flax oil, 1-3 scoops of a choc or vanilla or cookies and cream protein powder and about 10-15g of cinamon sugar.

Mix it all up well and then chuck it in the fridge.
You now have SUPER BUTTER!!!!! You can add creatine, glutamine oats or whatever will PUMP it up just add up all the ingredients and figure out the grams of fat/protein/carbs for each 100g you basically dictate the levels you want.

For me it's about 60g fat/30g prot/10g carb. Its all good fats too!

Spoon it chuck it in shakes or spread it!
