I got a few questions about cellmass...Does it Make ur muscles hard on its own? because if u have to workout to make them hard then why would u even need cellmass? im just wondering, i was told it makes ur muscles harder so i wasent sure exactly. By the way how much protein is in cellmass per serving????? and does it actually work? these questions are for people who have taken it, because im thinking about taking it,and i want to know if its good or not. I have read about it but i want to know from ppl who have actually taken it, cause of course there just trying to cell a product so u never know.

Also i have some questions about weightgainers, is the fat in weight gainers good fat? i know theres saturated fat in them.

User Posted ImageThere is no protein is Cellmass.  You have to wait 20-30 minutes after taking Cellmass to drink a protein shake.

No, that requires work.

You don't.

The main ingredient, the one they tell you is supposed to make the difference? Nope.

Make your own, use a protein blend (or make your own), add oats or cooked yams (yummy) and add flax/olive/borage/safflower oil, blend and voila, the perfect MRP.

Cellmass works for some people.  It worked to a degree for me.

Lots of people don't like creatine monohydrate because it causes bloating and water retention, there isn't any bloating or water retetion with Cellmass.

Though CEE doesn't have nearly as much science and research as monohydrate, but it still works for some people.  It's just not very cost effective.

I just got cellmass today but I don't know if I should take it only once right after my workout (like BSN recomends) or like some say twice a day?

Q: I have a question regarding a new product called Creatine Ethyl Ester. The company that sells this product claims that it is delivered to muscles more effectively than creatine monohydrate. Would you please enlighten me on this new supplement?

A: I can't find a single research paper that documents creatine-ethyl-esters. The only information available on creatine-ethyl-esters is the advertising, marketing spin produced by the companies that sell it.

If someone can obtain something science-based that may substantiate some of the claims about this product, I like to see it because some of the claims are quite amusing. One of the claims made by marketers of creatine-ethyl-esters is that it's proven to be better than creatine monohydrate. In what way, I'm not sure because I can't even obtain a document showing me this compound is for real, let alone research results that may suggest this product is better than pure creatine monohydrate. If this product is proven to be better than creatine monohydrate then the evidence should be readily available to consumers.

The lack of scientific evidence on creatine-ethyl-esters might tell you something about the integrity of the companies that sell this product. If we take a closer look at some of the other claims about this product then the scientific spin starts to become transparent.

From a biochemical perspective, there is no need to "attach" an ester group to the creatine molecule. This attachment will not make creatine any more bioavailable. Additionally, this attachment won't prevent degradation by the liver; creatine is actually synthesized in the liver.

Another claim is that due to the ester attachment, this type of creatine is able to permeate the muscle cell membrane (outershell) and thus more creatine can enter muscle cells. This is a straight out lie. The only way creatine and other amino acid compounds enter cells is via transporters. The real research shows on the topic of creatine absorption and transport shows that regular creatine is absorbed in to the blood stream without a problem. A 5 gram dose of creatine monohydrate saturates blood plasma for up to an hour. Creatine transport (into muscle cells) occurs when the concentration outside the cell is greater than inside the cell.

I believe the whole "ester" thing is a scam, a by-product of the steroid (make it sound like a drug) stigma and it is you, the consumer who is paying for the sham. When companies advertise claims such as "absorbed faster than regular creatine", "20 times anabolic that regular creatine" or "40 times more potent and absorbable than regular creatine" - they are making very specific claims. Therefore, the company making the claim should have research that can substantiate the claim. If they can't back this claim up with supporting science that means they are simply making it up out of thin air. As a consumer, you have the power to call the company on their bluff and ask them to produce the evidence.

The truth is that these companies won't accommodate your request. They can't accomidate your request. As with most supplement scams; no scientific research has ever been conducted on the product and there is no evidence to support the very specific marketing claims that are made about the product.

Yeah, the Bsn line did nothing for me, so it likely is a sham. I am on nothing but vitamines and some amino acids and still lift just as much as i do when on all that ****.

Like someone else stated previously Cellmass works for some people and it doesnt thank everything holy it worked for me and very well. My muscle hardened because of it, dont get me wrong diet and training were also a key factor. Not everything on the market works for each individual out there. I have wasted tons of money on supplements that did nothing to me, but did everything it was supposed to to others.

Hi, everyone im new.  Im only 18 but I hve been lifting weights for a while.  Im taking Cell mass and NO explode and I like them both.  I have noticed differences in size and I have only been taking it for about 2 weeks.  I think I might try the Nitrix with it next.  I also am taking protien supplements and a multivitamen as well.  Has any one taken fish oils.  If so which ones work well and what do they do.  Do you have to cycle off the cellmass or No explode.

I'm almost through with the bottle of cellmass, but I found it hard to stick to taking it two times a day... with the serving suggestions, it says "do not eat an hour before and 30 minutes after taking.  That's a good 1.5 hours twice a day devoted to taking cellmass at the suggested intake.  Plus, I'm not the best at sticking to any suppliment due to a college and a job.  I don't even get to eat as much as I should...

I tried No-xplode, the stuff is loaded with caffinee... that's what you feel.  It's like 70 bucks a dang bottle.

(Eating + water) + (somewhat heavy weights + good form) = growth.

Very interestingly, I receive little to no noticiable effect from Creatine Monohydrate, except stomach cramping unless I used micronized.

When I switched to Cell Mass I experienced significant increase in pump and strength.  My workout partner commented on it as well "Put your shirt back on, you're making me jealous" LOL -- I cannot believe how it is functioning for me but I'm flat-out amazed.

I would have called "BS" on it reading about it by someone else but this is 2 weeks now and still getting the effect.
