last question, i have tried to find articles on this but still nothing, i went to the athletes.com page and looked at cellmass and NO-Xplode, what is the difference? They are both creatine supplements except NO-Xplode contains ephedra which is used for energy, correct? Im just trying to get the  best creatine supplement, i get bloating when i use the reg mono creatine.

It says on most sites that when you work out your muscles stay pumped after the work out and whilst sleeping and then when you work out again they get even more pumped.  It says that they can be worked out as much as you like and they will just keep getting bigger.

socool- they SAY a lot of things about suppliments. and it may even be true, I however did not have that experience. i still like the product, i did have good pumps but they did not last all night. also in the directions you can take 1-3 scoops per serving..i usually only took 2. that may have made a difference.

Manifest- have you tried looking at the BSN website? thats where i would look for info about their products. the only creatine product i continually RELIGIOUSLY used was Cell-Tech. i had great results from it. i used it for about 6-7 months.  i liked it.

i dont believe noxplode has ephedra in it..its illigal now.

Yeah, Rob's got a point there, for sure bro.  Here's how it is, you take it, you do gain in pumps and mass and size however, if you don't stay on No-Xplode, you'll shrink what you gained but not all of it, just noticable amounts.  Its not fun, its not steroids, but seriously, cycling No-Xplode is NOT reccomended cause you LOSE FAST!!  It sucks, but its true.  Now, I am interested in Dropping Cellmass and taking Nitrix but I haven't heard too much about Nitrix from anyone but No-Xplode is a great product.  Anyone know about Nitrix?  Drop the No-x or Cellmass for this?  Or just stay on this heading lol

I know this post was a while ago but i was wondering if you had any follow up on those products.  I myself bought the two books and read em both.  The way Ed Byrds products are promoted is rediculous.  It seems like a lot of sceince but stil kinda skeptical.  I was wondering if you had any luck with that stack.  Thanks a lot
