Which creatine I should buy?
-
Sunday, July 17, 2005 2:27 PM
OK, dont yell if this question was asked before but just please answer the question and this post will be history. <<I went to PriceChopper today and they have two different creatine powder. One consists of creatine only and other one has some additions to it (with flavor adds too), both products are made by EAS. So my question is which one should I buy?>>Thank you very much.

neither. Creatine doesn't work. It works dude, but like everything else... there is always a small percentage that it wont work for. Ummm... check out Bodybuilding.com and do a search on Creatine and you'll see the top five best sellers of Creatine. I like MHP's TRAC... whatever you do, it's not really nessesary to do that whole loading thing most brands recomend (Big scam to get you to buy more!!!.. lol) Probobaly be cheaper to get it off the net as well...

The best creatine is PURPLE K by Fusion. 100% of it goes to your body and you have no bloat, water retention and no loading etc. its in pill form. I take 3 grams per day i work out. which works out to be 4 pills. There is no need to drink retarded amounts of water like other creatines. There is no toxic side affects because it does not turn into toxic creatinine.

I am not sure why pill form creatine isn't good! This isn't plain jane creatine from the 90's. It is Kre alkalyn buffered creatine. Pill form has powder in it aswell, it just has a digestible cover on it.

i really like cell mass personally, i do have a much stronger second wind when i lift. my muscles are also much denser, and nearly rock hard. no puff or bloat. i'm getting an overall better shape to my v taper as well. i haven't noticed much of a weight gain in 2 weeks of use, i whent from 224 to 230. 6 pounds alltogether, actually that is a nice gain some take half a year to achieve that. i run 3 miles a night and lift for an hour, so i may have gained more than that, but exchanged fat weight for muscle weight. i look more cut up than ever personally, so go with cellmass.....

ORIGINAL: Mario neither. Creatine doesn't work. Im not saying it doesn't work, but like Mario I saw no change in gains when I was on and off it. I just go strait mega milk protein shakes now.

I just go strait mega milk protein shakes now. There's creatine monohydrate in Mega Milk. The protein and the essential fatty acids must be what makes the difference for you.
