Here are some pics of me during pre-judging. I'm the white guy in the dark blue trunks. Go to www.georgiabodybuilding.com then click on contest photos, then find the MONSON CLASSIC 2005 and click on the photo, the go to page 4. You will find me there. enjoy.

Very nice. That is really pretty awesome! You deserve a lot of congrats for that. After reading Old Navy's posts, I know this stuff isn't easy. Nice job Matt.

Wow... Looks like all that work paid off... The one thing I noticed is if you compare you with the Tall guy... It looks like you are having fun and he is thinking about sitting in the stands. Good work

well, i just wanna thank everyone for all the positive feed back and help that i received when i was dieting and perparing for my 1st show. Since last saturday morning I weighed in at 170lbs. That night (17th of September) after the show 'til now I have gained about 30lbs and I weighed in at 200lbs yesterday. HA, 30lbs in 1 week, BEAT THAT! i have about 10 or so more to go before the end of the year. I have planned to do another show in April of next year and I will start dialing in my diet in January. So, I will make another post and take you kids through the hell of pre-contest prep again. So, what do u people think i'll be doing from now 'til January? i'll tell you. Very simple actually... EAT, TRAIN, EAT, EAT, and uh..... EAT. Yeah, i might put some fat on but thats how all the pro's do it. Can't keep that 6-pack all year long. Besides, I'd rather have some body fat and get to enjoy some food for a while and just diet down for a show. No one can say they are happy on a low carb diet and be training. It absolute hell. so everyone, EAT, train, and grow. Diet only when u have to. peace.
