yeah, i know they are like really huge but i'm not too sure on how to post them as a thumbnail. Help on that? Thanks for the postive feed back. I'm still loosing fat right now and working on getting a better tan. I won't start really cutting down for maybe a couple of weeks still. My trainer says he can still see I'm shedding fat, so, nothing to worry about. I'll post more in about a week.

it might just be how u posed. u didn't look like u had ur lats stread out all the way. you probably got alot more there. I had alot of trouble with that pose at 1st. try spreading your lats out with ur shoulder blades. like, get into the neutral pose and then put your lands below ur ribcage with ur chest still up and ur lats spread. its kinda hard to explain and i'm no expert either... haha

Well, training is good. Its very very very demanding. I feel so run down afterward its just crazy. I feel like I haven't slept for a week sometimes. I try to squeeze in a nap everyday if possible. I'm starting my AnimalCuts today. I should help me get rid of some water that is making me still look a bit soft. I might cut out some of the creatine and just take CE2. I dunno yet. My carbs are still up which has a little to do with it. I recently added CLA to my line-up of supplements. I take about 3.5grams a day to help with some fat burning. Yesterday was my "just cardio" day and so i did about an hour of different cardio exercises. I was told to only eat 1 cup of oatmeal after my workout and thats all the carbs i could have for the day. Yeah... I was really pissy all day. I felt like i was running some M1T or something. Carbs really effect my mood. I can't wait to see myself on a 4-5 day carb deplete. I'll be pissed off about everything. I can't wait. So thats how its gonna go on my off day and just cardio day. Only 1 cup of oats for that whole day. SUCKS!!! Oh well, its what i gotta do tho. Been working on the tan some. Its getting there, but my legs aren't tanning worth a damn. Oh well, I'll be putting the paint on the day before the show anyway so it doesn't matter that much. Note to self... Buy 2 cans of AnimalPak at a time so you won't be sitting here with one more Pak left for tomorrow. Thats it... Later

ur woking ur ass off dude and i respect the hell out of that cause theres only a few ppl in the world that understand why we do this why we punish ourselves everyday. we will never be sastisfied with mediocrity. i cant thank animalpak enough either. i just turned 19 and have won the teenage overall at the coleman invitational, so if this is a lil motivation just think one day we will hopefully meet on stage, so keep training ur ass off because i wont stop, ur looking awsome keep up the work and the pics ill try to get some on here

aight, time for a update... Good FREAKIN' news... I have got my lat spread down solid. It just came to me today. I will have pics soon. I have a pretty good week of training and such. My back has some knots in it tho, thinking about getting that worked out maybe tomorrow. Depends on how much a professional back rub is... hehehe. I start carb cutting on MONDAY. This is gonna suck. My trainer noticed that i carry some fat in the lower glutes and back, so gotta burn that crap off. A good 7-10lbs should drop. As soon as all that fat is minimized, i can start adding a little bit more carbs in. Luckily, I respond pretty fast to carb cutting. I went to the Vitamin Shoppe today and got some Udo's Oil Blend. Thats gonna give me my extra calories from fats on my carb deplete. Taste like... well... Oil but I looked it up on the net and alot of bodybuilders use it so its gotta be some good stuff. Tomorrow is cardio, and a low carb day. My mood is so crappy by 6pm on a very low carb day... thats how i know its working. I can't wait to get those back lat spread pics. Training is going very well. Hitting everything very hard and i'm sore all the time. Next year when i decide to do a show, i'm gonna get my trainer about 20 weeks out so i can really put on some size. I hope to put some on by myself too, but its alot better with a trainer. Thats it bros, i'm hungry. Later
