I suggest you use the search option available in this forum ----> Search The best fat burner is cardio and nutrition, I don't recommand use of fat burners because this is not as efficient as the manufacturer says. I did not want to be mean when I said to use the search option....no offense.

I wouldn't waste your money on those supplements. Eating proper and cutting down some calories with cardio and hard workouts will do the same thing.

I heard that hot rocks is a good fat burner. I have never used fat burners before though.

I dont use fat burners. Instead, I motivate myself to work harder by using energy supplements. That way, I know that Im pushing my limit in order to burn fat... There are 2 kinds of fast fat burners which definitely will work... 1. Insert a syringe into ur fats and suck em out! 2. Drink petrol and start smoking... my point...dont trust fat burners.

Mindfreak, I agree it's a mistake to "trust" fat burners to do the work for you. However, they certainly do help. My guess is that the "energy supplements" you use are indeed thermogenics.

Even ephedrine only boosts metabolism by what 3 or 5%, its like taking a no steroidal muscle building supplement, it gives you the extra edge

Oy ve. Can we keep the diet and training comments to the diet and training forum? The point of a supplement section is to discuss supplements, the good, the bad, and the ugly. If you have the opinion that there is not a single supplement worthy of taking for fat loss and body composition, say so.
